Which subjects can I study, and how will they be recognised?

RECOGNITION OF SUBJECTS STUDIED THROUGH MOBILITY PROGRAMMES

The / students of the faculty can see recognized two types credits in Exchange for their studies at other universities:

A) OPTIONAL CREDITS

According to the regulations of the University of Alicante on this matter, all the courses offered by our partners can be considered as an extension of our training offer.

To recognize optional credits, you will have to register "subjects of mobility" (optative credits for degrees), which do not need destination equivalents and are customized for each student.

(B) SUBJECTS BASIC AND COMPULSORY

Students will be cited by the VRIM at a meeting that is personalized with the tutor of a mobility corresponding to his Studio, where the subjects that you can study at the University of destination and their equivalents in the UA is consensuarán.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE MINIMUM ACADEMIC FOR STUDENTS WITH MOBILITY GRANT

In accordance with the Instruction of the Vice-Rectorate of student of February 27, 2013, in order to facilitate national and international mobility of students of the University of Alicante, does not apply to students with mobility grant the minimum academic and continuing studies and degree points

  • The obligation to exceed 30% at least of the credits
  • The obligation to register for unfinished business from previous courses

INFORMATION ABOUT THE END OF DEGREE WORK

The / students of the Faculty of Economics and business may not be the work of end of degree through exchange programs.

However, and as established in the regulation on the work of end of degree/Master for studies taught at the Faculty of CC. Economic and business-Art. 6.10:

In order to encourage and facilitate the mobility of students, those who participate in a mobility scheme and opt to enroll in the work end of degree/Master of the University of Alicante, applies les a criterion of flexibility through the media that allow remote communication between tutor/student. Thus, not will be enforceable its physical presence in any orientation session from your tutor or in the oral presentation to it, if any, prior to the degree/Master thesis defense.

The information of the subjects indicate that exposures and oral presentations to the tutor will be mandatory and public. However, according to article 6.10 of the regulation on end-of-grade and end of master work, for students who are participating in mobility programmes at that time and, therefore, are in the host University, will not be enforceable its physical presence, being replaced by a distance presentation using telematic means (either synchronous or asynchronous).
